Mission
A Step Ahead Day Care was founded to provide developmentally appropriate programs to foster the development of children. We provide peace of mind for parents in knowing that their child is being cared for in a way that they can grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically in an environment that encourages positive interaction among all children. We believe that young children need to be actively involved in learning through play and opportunities to explore, experience, and succeed.

We believe that children are unique, exciting people who can each contribute worth to our society. We also believe children learn best how to socialize, handle life's situations, and build their curiosity, creativity, and self-confidence through play. Our program offers a "hands-on" approach to learning where children can develop according to their individual needs at their own pace.
